Courtney Chung is in her penultimate year of studying a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in International Business, at Macquarie University.
Courtney assists with a variety of corporate and commercial transactions and has a particular interest in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property law, corporate restructuring, and business ventures specifically in the Indo-Pacific region. Courtney has successfully assisted in corporate restructures, trademark disputes and a variety of complex commercial transactions including large acquisitions. Courtney also has a developing interest in Competition Law.
Courtney is an intuitive thinker with strong research and analysis skills which has allowed her to develop a strong understanding of the law. Courtney is an effective communicator and critical thinker with strong attention to detail which is reflected in her work.
