Courtney Chung studied a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in International Business, at Macquarie University graduating in 2024. In March 2025 she completed her Practical Legal Training at the College of Law. Courtney was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in July 2025.
Courtney assists with a variety of corporate and commercial transactions and has a particular interest in mergers and acquisitions, competition law and corporate restructuring. She has experience in a variety of complex commercial transactions including large acquisitions.
Courtney has a commercial mind and understands how businesses run. She has experience in a number business ventures specifically in the Indo-Pacific region.
Courtney is an intuitive thinker with strong research and analysis skills which has allowed her to develop a strong understanding of the law. Courtney is an effective communicator and critical thinker with strong attention to detail which is reflected in her work.
