  • We advised a pharmaceutical manufacturing company on its licence renewal, and regulatory audit requirements for its joint therapeutic (TGA) and veterinary medicines (APVMA) licensing.
  • Advised a South Australian based pharmaceutical IP development company on its contractual arrangements with contract manufacturers and client companies. This included advising on IP trailer income and IP buy-outs.
  • Advised a NSW based financial services company on reviewing and updating its records management policy to ensure the company could move to a paperless office environment while complying with its legal record keeping obligations

+ The Pacific and South East Asia

  • We acted for two (2) regional banks on their Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (US) (FATCA) obligations relating to its Pacific wide operations + Worked with our affiliates.
  • Acted as counsel for a major regional bank which was lead arranger for a $250M USD sovereign global bond issued in London, HK and Singapore + Worked with a global law firm.
  • Advised an Australian financial institution on a Pacific nation’s country-specific treatment of enforcement of creditors’ remedies including analysis of the creditor-friendliness of that jurisdiction and the enforceability of securities in the event of default + Worked with our affiliates.
  • Advised an Asia Pacific based regional corporation on its incorporated joint venture (JV) for the purpose of performing adult stem cell clinical trials and treatments using adult stem cell products including regulatory advice on using these products as part of the clinical trials.
